A life lived in stories — and the chart that helps make sense of them.

I came to astrology the way the best things tend to arrive — through someone who knew something I didn’t yet know I needed. A mentor, years ago, handed me a language I didn’t have words for until that moment.
Forty years later, I’m still speaking it. Still learning it. Still finding new rooms inside it I hadn’t opened before.

That’s the nature of a living craft.

I’m a creative by nature and by profession. Over a career spent as a community architect and master problem solver, I’ve learned that the most meaningful work — the work that actually changes something — happens when people feel genuinely seen and given the right framework to act.
Astrology, I discovered early, is one of the most precise frameworks there is. It just happens to speak in planets.

I’m drawn to great storytelling in all its forms. Music that means something — lyrics that reach in and rearrange you, regardless of genre. Wine, and the conversations that unspool around it. Travel, particularly the road less taken, where the real discoveries live.
I’m of Irish heritage, and I carry that in me — a deep respect for the arc of a well-told story, a love of language, and an instinct for the mythic thread running beneath ordinary life. I surround myself with people who can speak or write their way into truth. They keep me honest and inspired in equal measure.

I live in San Francisco’s Mission District, in an 1895 Victorian I restored myself — a house that resonates with history and holds stories in its walls the way old houses do. I came here from New York City in search of space, and found something more: a city that suits me at a cellular level.
San Francisco is widely considered a Gemini city, and as a Virgo sun with a Gemini moon — Mercury ruling both — we have what I can only describe as a symbiotic relationship. The Mission, in particular, with its vivid, layered, beautifully chaotic character, feels exactly right. Gemini cities tend to be like that: various, colorful, impossible to flatten into a single story.

Much like a birth chart.

My Approach, In Brief

I’ve studied with master teachers and moved through multiple traditions over four decades. What I practice today is my own synthesis — rigorous in its foundations, warm in its delivery, and always oriented toward one thing: helping you trust what you already know about yourself more fully than you did before you walked in.

I work with young adults navigating their first major crossroads, professionals ready for a meaningful career change, people seeking to understand their patterns in relationships, and those who sense a distinctive gift in themselves and are ready to claim it. What my clients share is not a demographic — it’s a quality of readiness. A willingness to look. If you have that, we’ll do good work together.

The Victorian I restored taught me that old bones and good structure can hold infinite new life. I believe the same about people.
